Born and raised in North Carolina, Patti discovered her love for glass art after retiring from a fulfilling career in the medical field. What began as a way to process grief and find peace after losing her father soon became a journey of healing, creativity, and self-discovery.

I’m living proof that transformation is possible at any stage of life. After 38 years in healthcare, my mission has always been to help others find balance, health, and happiness, both inside and out.
I’ve worn many hats throughout my life.
After 38 years in healthcare, I began to look inward and realized that true wellness begins with self-care. That year, I discovered the incredible power of clean eating, mindfulness, and holistic healing.
Through personal experience and continued study, I saw how nutrition and balance can help the body heal and thrive. It was also a time of emotional renewal, as I learned to release stress and welcome peace.
My creative and wellness journeys began to intertwine. Working with glass became a mindful practice, a way to bring light, both physical and spiritual, into my world and share it with others.
Living with Type 2 diabetes and thyroid issues took a toll on me. I often felt sluggish, unmotivated, and not at all like myself.
A close nurse friend introduced me to a wellness program built around clean living, balanced nutrition, and supplements that actually work.
Once I committed to my new routine, everything started to shift. My energy came back, my health improved, and I began to see life with fresh eyes.
Now, I want to share what I’ve learned with others who feel stuck or hopeless. My goal is to help people believe in their own ability to heal, grow, and live life to the fullest.
